Nothing remains same from start of it until it is completed. Every aspect of our lives, either health, career, wealth, or education, it starts from unlearnt, immature and undefined phase and gradually through experiences and learning it adapts a shape which is dynamic. Career is that aspect of life that changes improves and develops depending upon our volume and timeliness of efforts.
Some people have strong sense of judgment and direction; they decide their career and educational path at their own. Majority of us do depend upon parents, teachers and mentors to guide us, correct and build us. If we speak about either category of people, we rely on some support to take us through career success. Our first support at work is immediate personin charge or a supervisor who make you aware about job rules, similar and at the same time different from other jobs and workplaces around you. Social and professional interaction is also a Co-factor that facilitates indirect learning toward job role.
Career is about continually learning, modification and adjustment. Most of the time output you generate at your job is derived from the policies,supervision and instructions on your head that surely you cannot change at your own. Performance and results at work is dependent of many controllable and uncontrollable factors.

Imagination is dreaming about a career position that one individual perceive to be worthy of it. As soon as higher degree is completed, a mind map is built automatically, which ranks a person towards “Expected position” and give it as challenge and inspiration for him/her. Most of us are successful, in achieving what they have imagined. Constant efforts, hard work and patience are keys towards achieving your career dreams.
Initiating: Trying for the position imagined through career search, applying for those ranks and then preparing for interview tests and trials to get over the position. It may involve starting that selective position or job.
Probationary phase may be. It involves putting efforts, scheduling energies and time to reach at the assigned goals. Hard work and dedication are two pre-requisites to excel into any task. It can be a period where you have permission to make mistakes and be forgiven. At this stage, you are learning new rules, culture, supervisor’s leadership style, work processes, procedures, products and people. You may feel either overwhelmed or underwhelmed.
What you have tried for is really achieved or not? You will analyze results you have achieved, satisfaction you have win or lose after putting your efforts.You may think this was not the best choice. Reality sets in and a gap forms between the ideal and the real. This is a good time to stop, re-evaluate expectations, reflect on your growth, chart any new and more realistic goals and reaffirm the positive things seen so far.

After the goals are either achieved or realized .It comes with evaluation and Comparing with people around you and analyzing your own requirements as well.You may have established yourself by generating positive results. This period may be characterized by financial rewards or public acknowledgement of your performance.
You find everything repeating without leaving an element of creativity in it. You may feel pressure despite your more struggles.You are either overworked or under worked. You may receive a poor performance evaluation. Requests for new responsibilities, supervision, training, salary as well as promotion increases are either stalled or rejected. You are left out of key meetings. So, there are more office politics as well as conflict than you can tolerate.
